About Loncen
From the enchanted landscapes of my grandparents' farm to the transformative dance of self-discovery, my journey has been a testament to the power of creativity and evolution. As a child, I roamed those boundless fields, turning chores into thrilling adventures and weaving imaginative tapestries that laid the foundation for a lifetime of wonder.
Though the call of creativity was always present, life's twists and turns led me down different paths. Parenthood brought immeasurable joy, yet the spark of creativity flickered in the background. It wasn't until destiny led me to a 5 rhythms workshop that I rekindled the flames of my imagination, breaking free from the chains of self-doubt.
Through this transformative experience, I not only conquered my fears but also found the courage to embrace my creative calling. It was a pivotal moment that redirected my trajectory, guiding me towards a mission to empower others through embodied development and integrative coaching.
My journey has been a rich tapestry of experiences, from training individuals for the workforce to mentoring as a transformation through movement facilitator. I've facilitated embodied leadership, teamwork, and communication within nonprofit workplaces, all while earning my Certified Professional Integrative Coach (CPIC) certification.
Today, as an awakened entrepreneurship coach and mentor, I help clients tap into their inner wisdom and potential, guiding them on a journey of personal and professional growth. My approach transcends traditional coaching, emphasizing mindfulness and self-awareness in the entrepreneurial path. 2017: Worked as a Community Outreach Coordinator, specializing in men's and boys' program development
2017: Completed a one year mentorship as a transformation through movement facilitator.
2017: Successfully completed several contracts providing embodied leadership, teamwork and communication inside of various workplaces in the non-profit sector.
2019: Earned Certified Professional Integrative Coach (CPIC) certification, including 127 hours of accredited coach-specific training, a practicum, 10 hours of mentor coaching, and performance evaluation.
